Prototypes are fixed-price with frozen scope. Larger engagements are milestone-based, and invoices match signed quotes.
Who owns the IP and artifacts?
You do. Sources, CAD files, models and documentation transfer at final payment, unless a written proposal states otherwise.

Worldwide. Logistics and Incoterms are agreed per order.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
